We have our own setup of imported Shuttleless looms, where we produce wide range of quality Towels. Warping & Sizing |

| Our Warping & Sizing Department is equiped with latest machines and skilled workmanship which enables us to prepare Yarn in required counts and format to ensure the quality of towel fabric. |   |

Weaving |

| Our Weaving unit is comprised of a combination of local & imported shuttleless looms having size of 85", 95" and 105" equipped with Jacquard, Dobby, Drop box etc, with installed capacity to weave more than 4000 kgs. per day. |

Greige Inspection |

| Tricon Towel has qualified staff for greige cloth inspection, who strictly follow all international standards of fabric inspection to produce quality products. |

Dying and Finishing |

| Quality Assurance practice is strictly adhered to under ISO Standards. Lab tests like color matching/fastness, light fastness, rubbing fastness, shade variation, GSM, shrinkage etc are also conducted in routine. |   |
